A couple of Chrissie layouts

The title of this layout was inspired by the personalised chocolate Holly's Aunt had sent her from England, I knew I had to incorporate it in the title somewhere.
The change in my older daughter is amazing, since settling down with her partner she has become quite domesticated, so unlike the old Lauren!! When she requested a frying pan and wok for Christmas you could have knocked me down with a feather.

A little bit of fizz

Some friends of ours celebrated their 25th Wedding Anniversary yesterday and we bought them some champagne, I decorated it with a bottle tag and used one of my newly received crafting gifts (from my lovely friend Christine), what a great set, so easy to use, I did it by eye rather than getting out my stamp positioner.
It was a great party, good food, great entertainment and superb company and the weather couldn't have been better.

A return to scrapbooking

Hope everyone had good Christmas and New Year celebrations. We spent Christmas Day with our older daughter at her partners family home by the sea and had a wonderful time. The two layouts above are of the gorgeous little ones who were there celebrating with us. It is lovely to get back to some scrapbooking after all the Christmas card making over the last few months. I am currently taking a long break from work (one month) so I am hoping to make use of this time and catch up on some photos that have been calling out to me. Sadly some others I had wished to scrap were lost when my old computer crashed on me.
